So if you are sure about the app you have just installed that is giving this error, then no need to worry. Simply follow the steps below and you are good to go.

  1. Launch Settings app on your iPhone running on iOS 10, 10.3.3 or iOS 11.
  2. Head over to General -> Profile & Device Management.
  3. There Tap on Enterprise app option. You will be presented with list of all the apps that were installed from unknown sources.
  4. Simply tap on app profile and then tap on Trust option.

After successfully following the above steps, you will be able to use the App you have just installed on your iPhone running on iOS 10, iOS 10.3.3 or iOS 11 beta.
